Innovation sparks energy, inclusiveness facilitates sharing. On April 7th, ZSVC’s Yr2016 Annual Partner Meeting was successfully held at the Dragon Hotel in Hangzhou. ZSVC’s management team, along with more than 40 founders and CEOs from startups that ZSVC has invested in, as well as hundreds of strategic partners from Shenzhen Stock Exchange, security brokerage firms,banks, listed companies, and investment institutions, gathered together for brainstorming, to share experience with investment projects, and discover new opportunities. Senior VP Dr. Su Zhao presided the meeting.
The event was full of exciting highlights and important messages, several of which are listed below.

Highlight I: Chairman Mr. Yuemeng Chen’s interpretation of successful startups:Opportunity, Vision, Pragmatism and Focus
Chairman Mr. Yuemeng Chen opened the meeting with four keywords to explain his interpretation of successful startup businesses. Opportunity, where is the nitch business opportunity? What kind of vision and strategy that founders need to have? How to be pragmatic and focused? Mr. Yuemeng Chen opened up his thoughts and shared with the participating partners and audience.
Highlight II: A Gathering of Business Leaders with Live Interactions
Capital market success requires cooperation. Cooperation starts with communication.At the annual meeting, various ZSVC’s business partners took the opportunity to present, both online and off-line, in colorful styles, their innovative technology and business models, their vision and milestones, and more importantly, to identify cooperation opportunity.
Among them were leaders in specialized fields such as education, health and medicals, business winners of the O2O models, as well as high tech innovators in areas such as VR.

Also presented were China’s first generation automobile service O2O company “弼馬溫”, Miki Technology for the health and medical market, Education platform iYuanzi, IP fan interactive platform Lingxi Technology, cross-border internet e-Commerce such as Yangcongtao and Zhefengle; Missfresh for high quality fresh food O2O, high tech cosmetics such as CosBeauty,and Reallycare for providing Intelligent hospital medical service platform.
Despite facing intense competition，these startups dream big and have a grand vision for the future.
Youjia is a social networking platform customized for young people. Focus on young people’s desire to socialize and express their lives, virtual world gamenization and virtual social network that Youjia has developed are projected to have a broad market appeal.
Dangkr(蕩客) sets out to be China’s most resourceful, easy to use, and safe outdoor living and traveling platform.
Zhongsou aims to develop a mobile eco infrastructure that supports individuals, enterprises,industry and regions as they are integrated into and organized on mobile network system. It inspires to be a mobile internet ecosystem that is comparable to Tencent and Alibaba.
Kuaipai has vindicated its internet-of-things technology. Here are some data points: more than 80 million QR code scan users and nearly 0.12 billion scans monthly. It has become a public service platform for sourcing commercial products from businesses across China.
Zhongshanghuiming has its core business in community based e-commerce. Through discovering community platform resources, it has developed platforms integrating internet,community and societal wellbeing. Product innovation is targeted at different customer groups, it delivered business products based on B2B, B2C and B2F models. After two-years’ rapid growth, the company has become the largest community e-commerce service provider in China.
Highlight III: The Golden Mike who grabbed the Microphone from the host
CEO Mr. Yeyu Hua is known to be the Golden Mike at ZSVC. While excited by the conversation, Mr. Hua grabbed the microphone from the host and took the opportunity to share his own experience of business start up and investment. “We are willing to walk along with all the startup friends present today, with the best service that we could provide, to support the greatest possible growth that every one of you deserve”, said Mr. Hua. In the eventful 2015,despite dramatic changes across many industries, ZSVC always has the utmost patience and inclusiveness while expecting the growth of your business that we invest in. We are here to grow together and share the risks and responsibility.
Highlight IV: Rational Choices at a Time of Sensibility
20 thousand, 20 million, 200 million, or 200 billion? Mind-boggling numbers trigger a time of infinite imagination. Through numbers, ZSVC CEO Mr. Dongqiu Liu illustrated for us the dramatic societal change that is occurring in our time. “What is driving the accelerated progress of our time? Rapid technological innovation and update, human’s endless desire, or the entrepreneurship in all of you that are here today?”, asked Mr. Liu.
Deeper level questions, as Mr. Liu put it, are: how to make rational choices at a time of sensibility and perception? How to filter through the overwhelming volume of information, and remove noises to identify the future “unicorn”? How to be the determined minority while facing tough choices between compromise and persistence.
At the meeting, Mr. Liu disclosed that the bulk of investment from ZSVC has been focused on areas of big consumer market, big art and literature, big health and medical, as well as internet apps for mass applications, internet finance and intelligent hardware systems.
At the end, Mr. Liu expressed his keen expectation for the stable growth of all the projects that ZSVC has invested. He re-confirmed that ZSVC and its management team will continue to perfect its service, strive for sustainable business development and growth with all its partners.
